    We will confirm the availability of your chosen product, delivery time and your order by email. Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you the payment information.

    Please complete the payment using the bank details provided in our email. Your order will proceed once the payment has been registered in our bank account.

    4. Shipping

    After your payment has been received and registered, we will prepare and ship your handmade product. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been sent.

  • We want you to be happy with your Liina design. If you wish to return your product, you may do so within 14 days of the delivery date.

    How to Request a Return

    Please contact us by email at kaisa@liinastudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know that you wish to return the product.

    We will then provide you with further instructions regarding the return process.

    Non-Returnable Products

    Please note that some made-to-order products and all made-to-measure products are non-returnable. The return eligibility of a made-to-order product will be confirmed when you place your order.
